Mc Clary
Cemetery
By S. Terry, 2006
Ansel
Terry deeded over the land now know as Mc Clary Cemetery on 18 June 1880 after
Samuel McClary’s three children died. We think that McClary was renting the farm from Ansel
Terry at that time. The earliest burials
are Terrys in 1845. Ansel
wanted to be buried elsewhere, because he was sure no one would ever visit him
at McClary’s.
