On the 1675 Assessment Rolls of the Five Dutch Towns on Long Island, Frederick Lubbertse had a nearby farm of 15 morgens of land, and the farmers Gerrit Lubbertse (20 morgens) and Eldertt Lubbertse (16 morgens), both in Middelwout (Flatbush), and Theys Lubbertse (12 morgens) in New Utrecht were possibly relatives. ³⁰⁸
