These copies are letters of Louise Shannon Dedman. Mrs. Dedman spent untold hours during her lifetime helping others connect with their Shannon families. She would spend hours writing letters by hand to any researcher who asked for her assistance.
Because of her sharing nature with her research and genealogy, this website contains as many of her letters that can be located. Through this modern medium, Mrs. Dedman will still be helping those of us researching our Shannon roots.
