Her latest Doctors appointment was on the 10th of December. She weighed 10 pounds 14 oz. and was 22 inches and has colic, which is making her miserable, we are working on something to help her out with it though. |

Thanksgiving 2003 - Arcadia, FL at our Aunt's cabin on the river. Jessa enjoyed this. Live music and someone holding her and singing 'til she's sound asleep |

Don't you want to just lay down and take a nap? What a way to snooze on Thanksgiving day, huh?

Jessa and her piano. She loves this, she'll lay and watch the stars light up. It's so cute, she gets excited and starts "dancin'" (Dec. 4 2003) |

Jessa and Paw Paw. Look at how chubby she's gettin'. Funny how I was 25 years old before I saw my dad vacuum a floor but he has no problem changing her diapers, well as long as it's not a smelly diaper. |

Almost snoozin' She snores. And drools. And wiggles, and squirms. My babe fights sleep more than anything I've ever seen. Drives me nuts. As soon as you lay her down in her crib her eyes pop open. And how can she know when I've left the room when she can't see over the bumper guard? Never fails. |

Big bright eyes. It's so funny, they wake up one morning, look you straight in the eye and it's like they know exactly who you are. Or when she looks up at you with her eyes pleading (and lips pouting) for you to pick her up and snuggle her close. That makes everything worth it. Even the twenty minute crying fit where she stiffens her body, face turns all shades of red and she screams like bloody hell and nothing you do consoles her. I'm not bitter, just haven't had a full nights sleep since I was 6 months pregnant and it's not looking any better.*yawn* |

Jessa's footprints (10/25) 22 days old |
Two
little feet, ten little toes
Leave their impressions today Soon they will wear two little shoes And be running and jumping at play. Two little feet, too little time Before they are walking to school... Kicking a rock or skipping a rope, Wading a puddle or jumping a pool. Two little feet, one little child Will soon go on their way. But footprints in my mind recall They stood here yesterday. Brown |

| Kevin fishing 11/2003 - He didn't catch any alligators though, didn't get eatin' by one either. Which is a plus! We thought for sure he would end up fallin' in, but nope. I think the fear of meeting an alligator face to face made him stay on dry land. He did get to see quite a few, though. | |
