James SHILCOCK may have had 2 wives. His first 5 children seem to have been with his wife Mary. James b 1708 had Mary for his mother. James died on 28 Mar 1726, and left a will apparently naming his wife Sarah, and children as beneficiaries. This is at odds with the Donington burial register which states that Sarah, wife of James SHILCOCK was buried on 7 Feb 1722, which was BEFORE him. |
