• Advertised in the New Hampshire Patriot (Concord NH), 1817, asking for an "Apprentice to Clock and Watch-making Business." ³

• He worked from 1825 to 1830 as a silversmith and watchmaker in Salem MA

• Advertised in the Essex Register (Salem MA), 17 Nov 1825, that he "had lately taken a shop in Essex Street." ³

• Master to George B. Foster abt 1826 in Salem MA.

• He was a partner from 1831 to 1840 with George B. Foster in Salem MA as CURRIER & FOSTER with a shop at 11 Derby Square. ³

• He worked from 1840 to 1853 as a silversmith and clockmaker in Salem MA ³
