  Events in his life were:

• He worked from circa 1804 to 1840 as a silversmith and jeweler in Providence RI
Listed in the 1824 city directory with a shop at 35 High Street and at 24 High Street in the 1836 edition.

• The Providence Gazette (Aug. 1804) reports his marriage to ". . . Mrs. Nancy [sic] Dodge, widow of Seril Dodge, at Pomfret, Connecticut". ³

• Advertised in the Providence Gazette (Providence RI), 11 Jun 1823, that he had taken a shop in High Street and carefully repaired watches. ³

Benjamin married Anna Williams in Aug 1804 in Pomfret CT.
