Johonnot 1782-1787 in Middletown CT. 4 • Master to William Hamlin about 1785 in Middletown CT. 4 • Appointed on 23 Apr 1787 as Quartermaster of 2nd Brigade in Middletown CT by order of General Sage with notice appearing that day in Middletown Gazette. 3 • Appointed in 1787 as Sheriff in Middletown CT • Advertised on 17 Mar 1792 (Middletown CT), ". . . Gold and silversmith business carried on at his shop about Ten Rods south of the Town House." 3 • He was a partner from 1795 to 1796 with William Foote in Middletown CT 3 • He worked from 1801 to 1805 as a silversmith in Lansingburgh NY 4 • He worked c 1807 as a silversmith in Scanticoke NY 4 Samuel married Mehitable Lord on 24 Feb 1783 in Middletown CT. (Mehitable Lord was born in 1756 in Middletown CT and died on 31 Jul 1797.) |
