    Ransom E. Hall Breathes His Last
    Thought to Have Worked More Years as a Jeweler than Any Other Man In This Country.

    Ransom E. Hall, who is believed to have served more years at the bench as a jeweler and silversmith than any other man in the United. States, died yesterday of old age at the residence of his son. R. A. Hall, No. 52 College place. At the time of his death Mr. Hall was a month and eighteen days over 91 years of age. Sixty-seven years were passed as an active, working jeweler, mostly in Marshall and Coldwater, Mich. and Cleveland, O. For the last two years the aged jeweler had made his home with his son.

Ransom married Sarah Allen on 20 Jan 1830 in Geneva NY. (Sarah Allen was born in 1810 and died on 17 Aug 1875.)
