HOGABOON, Hanna, first wife of MARKHAM, Stephen, b. 1 April, 1803 in Vermont, d. 31 Jan 1892 in Newville CA. She joined the church in Kirtland, Ohio. Eliza R. Snow was a close friend. She and her 3 grown sons left Utah for CA in 1856(?). Later she married a well-to-do shopkeeper named John Sherman (1805-1876).
