Here is some information that I have on the family of Rufus Noah. Most of it has been given to me by my
cousin, Carol Childress and her email address is [email protected] . We are both trying to look for
information on where Peter Noe was born. A little piece of info is that before Rufus Noah got married the
first time, he had his name changed from Noe to Noah, exact reason we do not know. But for this Peter Noe,
we know that he is buried in Orange County, North Carolina, but it is very frustrating when it comes
down to the fact the only thing that can be found in Orange county is his will filed in the courthouse
there. We do not know where he is buried nor do we know where he was born. We are suspecting that he was
born in Germany since he was living in an area that was settled by German people. If you could post this
on your website and also email my cousin Carol, I would think that she would greatly appreciate it a lot
