Hills  Chapel

This article states the land was donated by Wm S. who would be William S. Hill, the son of John H. Hill, who once owned a large plantation here after migrating from Darlington South Carolina, where his own father served in the American Revolution, and lived near Peter Bozeman.  Peter James and John Thomas Bozeman are buried here, the grandsons of William Henry Bozeman and Martha Hill.

There is another private family cemetery behind the church where Wm S. Hill's brother Robert L. Hill is buried when he died in the Civil War.  Beside Robert's tombstone is one of Peter Edward Bozeman, the son of William Henry.  This area needs a lot of work.
