I Randolp Myers do Solemnly swear that I will not stamp or seal any weigh ?? ?? measures but such as shall as near as possible agree with the S?and?? in my keeping and that I will in all things duly and faithfully discharge the trust repose in me to the best of my skill and judgment so help me God
