Emaline Spradlin, Plaintiff vs. Evan Spradlin, defendant

Emaline May (nee) Spradlin, the plaintiff, states that she lived with the defandant, Evan Spradlin, for eight or eleven months before she left him for cruel and inhuman treatment. She claims that he did not return her property, though he has property of his own. She states that she is not able to maintain herself and she prays for relief. Dismissed October 1849
