In August 2011, I visited the Balmat Cemetery, in Balmat NY. This cemetery is located on a rise in the woods near the intersection of Hwy 812 and and CR24/37. To reach it, turn north on CR24/37 off of Hwy 812. Park by the old commercial building on the right. Walk behind the building and towards the house next door along the tree line at the back. A small path will be visible back into the woods. Following this path will lead to the cemetery in the woods (path angles back towards Hwy 812).

Cemetery is no longer in use, but is still fairly well maintained despite its remote location.
