Inventory of an Unknown Cemetery, Town of Hermon:

Provided by J Wm “Holland” Howells (http://gneissghai.homestead.com)

NOTES PROVIDED ABOUT CEMETERY:

Location:  Zelma Hayes Residence, about 2.2 Miles SOUTH of the Intersection of County Road 20 and County Road 19. (Kents Corners)  The house is on County Road 19.

Zelma requests that all people wishing to visit the grave do so after gaining her permission to go to the grave.

There is only one stone, but there is rumor of 2 babies being buried on the hill, but the Lilac is HUGE a lot of dead trunks and branches so we are going to clean up the tree as much as we can.

A photo is included below (click on the name), but the words were only visible through a rubbing.  The stone reads (line by line):

In Memory Of
Elder Simeon

who

    1837
AE 44 Years
      ---
Though I die,
yet shall I live.
