Names of Surviving Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines and Widows: This field either contains the name of the soldier or else contains the name of his widow (along with his name)
Rank: Rank of Soldier
Company: Company in which soldier was enlisted
Name of Regiment/Vessel: Usually a THREE entry field: Unit Number, State Served, Type (LA=Light Artillery, Inf=Infantry, HA=Heavy Artillery, Vol=Volunteers,etc)
Date of Enlistement: Usually a THREE entry field: Day, Month, Year of Enlistment (Note: if nothing was filled in you will see '186' for the year. This is what was prefilled in on the form)
Date of Discharge: Usually a THREE entry field: Day, Month, Year of Discharge (Note: if nothing was filled in you will see '186' for the year. This is what was prefilled in on the form)
Length of Service: Usually a THREE entry field: Years, Months, Days

The bottom half of this file contains the following information

LN: Line Number for entry (find the number that matches the entry from the top of file)
Post Office Address: Mailing address for individual
Disability Incurred: Description of any disability (may run over into remarks field)
Remarks: Other remarks supplied at time of census
Transcriber Remarks: Any comments I add about the entry
