George Roseberry Will of 1929
I,
George W. Roseberry, of the County of Pulaski, Va., make this my last will and
testament.
1. After the payment of my just debts I give,
devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, all of my estate, both real and
personal, except as hereinafter provided, for and during her natural life, and
at her death to my Grandson, Emmett Roseberry.
2. I give to my son Stephen Roseberry, for his
natural life, and at his death to his son, Glen Roseberry, one acre of land
which he now occupies and on which he now resides.

writing purporting to be the last will and testament of George W. Roseberry,
late of this County, deceased, who departed this life on June 7, 1929, was this
day presented in said office by Mrs. E. Flora Roseberry, widow of George W.
Roseberry, deceased, and proved according to law by the oath of Frank L. Smith
and A. H. Pike, the two subscribing witnesses thereto, and was thereupon
ordered to be recorded as the true last will and testament of George W.
Roseberry (who signs himself G. W. Roseberry), deceased.
