LAST
WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MARVIN
WILSON KEISTER
I, Marvin Wilson Keister, of the City of Radford, Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me at any time made:
FIRST: I desire that all my just
debts by paid, if any I shall owe at my death.
SECOND:
I do hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Lillian Rebecca
Keister, all of my estate and property of every kind whatsoever, where
situated, real, personal and mixed, and whether now owned or hereafter
acquired, to be hers absolutely and in fee simple, and to the express exclusion
of all other persons whomsoever.
THIRD:
I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Lillian Rebecca Keister,
Executrix of this my last will and testament, with full power and authority to
execute the same according to its true and intended meaning, and having full
confidence in my said wife, I do hereby request that she be permitted to
qualify without surety.

The
above signature of the testator, Marvin Wilson Keister, was made and the
foregoing will, consisting of one (1) page, was acknowledged by the said Marvin
Wilson Keister in the presence of us, three (3) competent witnesses, present at
the same time, May, 1943, in the presence of the said testator and of each
other, at the request of the said testator, who was then of sound mind and over
the age of twenty-one years.

VIRGINIA: In the Clerk’s Office of the Corporation
Court for the City of Radford, the 26th day of January, 1949.
In Re: The will of Marvin Wilson Keister, Deceased.
A
writing bearing date the 8th day of May, 1943, purporting to be the
last will and testament of Marvin Wilson Keister, who departed this life on the
18th day of January 1949 in the City of Radford, Virginia, in which
City the deceased resided and had estate, was this day produced in the Clerk’s
Office of this Court and duly proven in the manner prescribed by law, by the
oaths of John J. Wills and M. T. Keister, two of the subscribing witnesses
thereto; On motion of Lillian Rebecca Keister, the executrix named in said
writing and sole beneficiary thereunder, the said writing is proven, probated
and ordered to be recorded as and for the true last will and testament of the
said Marvin Wilson Keister, deceased.
Thereupon the said Lillian Rebecca Keister took the oath of office as
prescribed by law and entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of
$1200.00 conditioned and payable according to law, without security, as
provided in said will.
Certificate
is granted the said Lillian Rebecca Keister for obtaining letters of probate of
said will in due form.

I,
the undersigned, who this day qualified before the Clerk of the Corporation
Court of the City of Radford as executrix of the estate of Marvin Wilson
Keister, deceased, late of the City of Radford, Virginia, on my oath do say
that I have made diligent inquiry and that I believe the following to be a true
and correct list together with ages and the addresses of the heirs of my
decedent Marvin Wilson Keister who died testate on January 18th ,
1949.
