Generation One

 

 

1.  George WEAVER Sr; born circa 1747 in Germany. [1]

 

     Children of George Weaver Sr. and an unknown spouse all born in PA were as follows:

              2.          i.     George Jr.; born 1773.[2]

              3.          ii.     John; born 1780; married Christina Tice circa 1809 in Montgomery Co., VA; died March 13, 1851 in VA.[3]

     He was charter member of the Zion Lutheran Church.

+            4.        iii.     Margaret, born April, 1782; married William Morricle Jr.

 

Generation Two

 

 

4.  Margaret “Peggy” WEAVER;[4] born April, 1782 in PA;[5] married William Morricle Jr., son of William Morricle Sr., January 31, 1804 in Montgomery Co., VA;[6],[7] died of heart disease September 6, 1862 in Floyd Co., VA, at age 80 and buried in family cemetery on the farm, no stones.[8]

     William “ Billy” MORRICLE Jr. was born in 1777 in Frederick Co., MD. He died in March, 1864 in Floyd Co., VA and was buried in the family cemetery on the farm, no stones.[9]
