43.  Rosabell PRATT (99); born April 11, 1856 in VA;[1] married George Washington Howell (98), son of William A. Howell (115) and Lucinda Duncan (116), February 28, 1878 in Floyd Co., VA;[2] died February 7, 1885 in Floyd Co., VA, at age 28. Cause of death was "consumption" and age listed as 28 years and 10 months.  Buried in Duncan Cemetery in Willis, VA (Floyd Co.).[3]

 

     George Washington HOWELL (98) was born in May, 1853 in Floyd County, VA.[4] He was a farmer between 1870 and 1890 in Indian Valley, Burke's Fork, Floyd Co., VA.[5],[6],[7] He died after 1900.[8]  There is more on this family in the Howell section.
