Elbert
Eden HOWELL was born on December 25, 1878 in Floyd County, VA.[11] He died on March 24, 1964 in Radford, VA, at age
85 and is buried in the West View Cemetery in Radford, VA.[12] Elbert
lived between 1942 and 1959 in 1817 4th Street and Ingles in Radford, VA.
He owned Howell's Shoe Shop, 230 1st Street W, in Radford, VA.[13],[14],[15],[16]

Cemetery in Smyth County, VA.[21]
