He is listed as owing a debt to the Benjamin Weddle estate on August 20, 1807 in Montgomery Co., VA.[5] He was a Charter Member of the Zion Lutheran Church.[6] He inherited 170 acres from his father in 1820 in Montgomery Co., VA. Jacob Morricle sold Jacob Helm 300 acres on the south fork of Little River for $400 on October 17, 1828 in Montgomery Co., VA. He lived in 1840 in Jay Co., IN. [7]
Hannah RUTROUGH[8] was born circa 1785 in PA.[9] She died circa 1845 in IN.[10],[11]
