8.  Sally PATTERSON (William, William); born 1790;[1] married William Glasgow, son of Joseph Glasgow and Elizabeth (--?--), circa 1810.[2]

 

     William GLASGOW was born in 1788 in VA.[3] He lived in 1815 in Reed Creek, Wythe Co., VA on a 190 acre farm with a 1 & 1/2 story wooden house, 24' X 20', a kitchen, and stable; all valued at $800. He sold the 190 farm to Steven Sayers on June 8, 1829 in Reed Creek, Wythe Co., VA. [4] He was a laborer in 1850 in Pulaski Co., VA.[5]

9.  James PATTERSON (William, William); born 1795 in Wythe Co., VA; married Sarah Halsey October 1, 1825 in Wythe Co., VA; [6],[7] died app. August 12, 1850 and was buried in the Patterson Cemetery in Wythe Co., VA.[8],[9]

     On February 8, 1825 in Wythe Co., VA, he inherited William Sr.'s plantation and was to furnish his mother Agnes "with a comfortable dwelling."[10]

 

     Sarah HALSEY was born in 1803. She died in 1884 and was buried in the Patterson Cemetery in Wythe Co., VA.[11]
