children, of Willam Tait for acting as overseer after he had absconded, of John Wilson for part of his wife's claim to proceeds of land in Franklin Co., of Robert Burton for corn furnished the estate. Tate, Thomas, - pg 45 - Returns of Zimri Tate one of the Admrs for 1822 shows paid Dr. E. Hunt and Permelia Tate, Admr.
pg. 84 - Divison of estate shows Permelia Tate (Widow), Anderson Riddle, Catherine, Thomas J., Beatrice A., and Jon W. Tate and Martha Klugh distributees. Eleven lot were taken, only these received theirs.

Pg. 246 Returns for 1827 show affidavit of Permelia Tate that a certain not was given that est. of Thomas Tate, dec'd as a balance of purchase money of three negroes bought in VA.

Tate, Beatrice J.A. - pg 41 dec'd. est, Zimri W. Tate, Admr. and former guardian. Returns Sept 1829 shows his commission for handling said dec'd proportion of perishable property of Thomas Tate, dec'd in 1827. Receipt of B.W. Sayre for making wall around grave of dec'd Oct 30, 1828, of Drs. A.D. Statham and Wm.N. Richardsonf or services, and Sarah D. Raymond for tutiton.

Tate, Zimri W. pg 43 - Admr. and former guardian of James H. Tate. Returns show cash advanced 1825 while at school at Franklin. Paid for furneral sermon and burial clothing, paid B.W. Sayre Oct 30, 1828 for walling grave., Dr. Ajax Armstrong and Dr. Henry Bourne for services 1827. Also perishable property of Mrs. Tate 1827.

Tate, Thomas pg 48 dec'd. est. Zimri Tate, Admr. Returns Sept. 1829 shows paid to the widow Permelia Tate, she having taken her dower and B. W. Sayre for walling grave.

Tate, Zimri W. pg 240-249 -Admr of James M. and John W. and Beatrice J.A. Tate. Returns Sept 1830 shows receipts of Permelia Tate of Wilkes Co., one of the legatees; of Augustine D. Statham of Wilkes Co., in right of his wife Lucy B. formely Lucy B. Tate of Paschal D. Klug of Wilkes Co., in right of his wife Martha M. formerly Martha M.Tate of Taverner W. Fortson of Elbert Co., in right of his wife Katherine D. formerly Katharine D. Tate, and also in right of his child Laura P.E. Fortson for whom he is guardian, as respects her interest in the estate of Beatrice J.A. Tate, of Thomas J. Tate as a legatee of all three estates, of Sarah Y. Riddle of Wilkes Co., all signed 1829 and 1830. Receipts of all for their legacies from the estate of Thomas Tate, dec'd also due 1822. T.W. Fortson signing as Admr, of Katherine D. Fortson dec'd Mar 19 1830.

Tate.
