At least one Tarno family member believes the photo above to be Elbert Tarno with first wife, Dollie and baby Edith. This was another picture that was pasted in Mary Ella's Scrapbook

Tarno (John William2, Henry Fredrick1 Tarnow) was born 03 February 1892, and died 01 December 1974 in Los Angeles County, CA.  He married (1) Dollie Payne 14 September 1910 in Howard County, Arkansas - BK. I pg. 211. He married (2) Mary Sue Richardson Hyatt 11 November 1938 in Howard Co., AR - BK. T pg. 312. She was born 27 September 1894 in Arkansas, and died 18 December 1973 in Los Angeles County, California.
