LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, GORDON G. MASON, of 3722 Graham Road, Fayetteville, Ohio, 45118, being of full age and of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made.

ITEM I. I direct that all my legally enforceable debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after the time of my decease.

ITEM II. I have a son, Robert E. Mason who is deceased and I give to each of my deceased son's children, namely <still living>, <still living> and <still living>, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) provided they each individually survive me. If any or all of my deceased son's children do not survive me, his, her or their particular share or shares shall go into the residue of my estate.

ITEM III. I have a daughter <still living>, however I make no provision for her not for any lack of love or affection but because she is already well provided for in life. I do, however, wish to give to each of her sons, namely <still living> and <still living>, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) provided they each individually survive me. If any or all of my deceased son's children do not survive me, his, her or their particular share or shares shall go into the residue of my estate.

ITEM IV. All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and property of whatsoever kind or character, or wheresoever situated, consisting of real estate or personalty or mixed, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter CAROLYN LOUISE ROSS, to be hers absolutely. In addition, the following shall also apply:

(A) In the event my daughter CAROLYN LOUISE ROSS dies ahead of me, then I give, devise and bequeath to the children of CAROLYN LOUISE ROSS, including any aopted children, all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and property of whatsoever kind or character, or wheresoever situated, consisting of real estate or personalty or mixed, which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death, equally, share and share alike and per stirpes.

ITEM V. If any beneficiary survives me but shall disclaim all or any portion of any bequest(s) or devise(s) created by this Will, such disclaimed property shall pass according to the terms of this Will, as if such beneficiary had predeceased me.

ITEM VI. I have, except as otherwise provided in this will, intentionally and with full knowledge, omitted to provide for my heirs who may be living at the time of my death, including any person or persons who may, after the date of this will, become my heir or heirs by reason of marriage or otherwise.
