Here is A. L. Tewell General Store that was located in Chaneysville, Pa. I heard that it was torn down between 1975-1980. The general store is the one on the right side of the photo. A. L. Tewell is sitting on the porch of the store in the white shirt and he has a mustache. Standing between the horses on the left is Coyle Tewell and on the right is Howard Tewell. They where the sons of A. L. Tewell's first marriage. The photo on the left is of Chaneysville, Pa. and you can see the M. E. Church on the middle right and the side of A. L. Tewell General Store on the bottom left and the top roof of the Sweet Root Inn Hotel that was owned by Fred Tewell and one time.

This is a Post Mark from the A. L. General Store which was a Post Office also at that time.

This is Mt. Zion Cemetery in Chaneysville, Pa., where a lot of the Tewell family is buried.
