[End of Dunn Roll]

I, J. W. Dunn, U.S. Indian Agent for the Creek Indians do hereby certify that I examined the following rolls, and that the same are correct, and show the names of such persons only as were enrolled by me previous to the 14th day of March, A.D. 1867, and who were refused any share in the moneys then distributed per capita, for that reason that said persons were of African descent.
Witness my hand this 12th day of June, A.D. 1869.
