His will was signed on Sept 30 and probated in December of 1846, so he probably died in October or November. His wife apparently died before him but after 1840. Her name is unknown. The 1810 census of Pendleton Ditrict, South Carolina includes one Tryon Fuller. He and one female were between 26 and 45 years old. The only male is 60-70 with two females 10-15 and 1 aged 40-50 and nine slaves. The executor of the will of Tryon Fuller named Fuller's heirs in 1849, probably in birth order, as Benjamin, Daniel, Lary Frieze, E. M., Nancy wife of William Ray, Sarah, William S., Priscilla wife of Jackson Foreman, Cibrate A. and Mary wife of Isaac Lawler.
