He married Ann Warriner in Wakefield, 1822.  Ann was born in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire 1801. Ann was the daughter of Hezekiah Warrener and Frances Harrison.

He was christened 6 January 1798.

Benjamin Norbury and Ann Warriner had the following children:

3 i. Charlotte³ Norbury (#103). She married Dan Lockwood. (Dan Lockwood is #102.) Dan was the son of Thomas Lockwood. Dan died 28 April 1899. (See Dan Lockwood for the continuation of this line.)

She was christened in Wakefield, 21 September 1828.

4 ii. Maria Norbury (#109). She was christened in Wakefield, 21 September 1828.

5 iii. Benjamin Norbury (#110).He was christened in Wakefield, 25 December 1835.

6 iv. Charles Norbury (#111). He was christened in Wakefield, 25 December 1835. Charles emigrated to America.

7 v. George Norbury (#184). He was christened in Wakefield, Thornes church., 1835.

8 vi. Elizabeth Norbury (#185). She was christened in Wakefield, 25 Dec 1824.
