
England Lloyd Galloway (husband of Jessie Trotter)
- Retired Major England Lloyd Galloway, 85, died Jan. 31, 1997, at Greenville Memorial
Medical Center.
- born in Rosman, N.C., he was the son of the late Zebulon Vance and Martha Louise
Cantrell Galloway.
- He retired from the UlS. army after 25 years of service including World War II and the
Korean War. He received many decorations including the French Fourragere.
- He was a member of Crosswell Baptist Church and a charter member of the Retired Officers
Association, Greenville Chapter.
- Surviving are his wife, Jessie Trotter Galloway of the home; and several nieces and
nephews.
- He was predeased by five brothers and four sisters.
- Omit flowers. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Pickens County
Division, 211 S. First St, Easley, S.C. 29640.
- Graveside services: 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Woodlawn Memorial Park, section P. in Greeville
conducted by Captain Land with full miltary rites.
- Visitation: 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at Robinson Funeral Home in Easley.
- Family members are at their respective homes.
