A descendant, Richard Reene, provided interesting commentary:

"some of the people in the picture has some interesting backgrounds, such as the children of Amasa and Ethel Roberts, Ann married Octavio Perez-Guerra who was a lawyer in Port Huron, Mi. and also taught spanish at the High School and the local junior College, Ann was a published author and wrote children's books. Her youngest brother Stuart was an aerialist for the 'flying Walendas', he was born in 1905 so this picture was probably taken in 1906 a year before my grandmother was born. And Russell was an inventor and made machinery for both Ford and General Motors, Russell was the grandfather to Jody Riddick who provided me with the bio's for Ann, Stuart and Russell."
