Oma, Ruth, Laura, June, Opal, Dot were all able to attend my Grandmother's funeral. Most of the Sisters lived in Dallas/Ft Worth/Irving area.

This is dated July 1973, in Nancy Oleta GARNER BUCHANAN CHANDLER's backyard. Aunt Flo (Florence Garner Tipton) is missing & Aunt Maurice. I'm not sure who else is as well. I had just turned 15 when "Grandmother" died. One thing I remember about grandmother, she cooked very well, my favorite was her creamed peas. Mom taught me how to make them, but they still don't taste as good as Grandmother's or Mamma's.

Grandmother enjoyed collecting a few Aunt Jemima & Andy pieces.

currently working on this family. I will add more soon. :)
