Tree begins with John GREEN (clothier) married Sophia LAMBE at Wakefield,
Yorkshire. 1829
Their eldest child, Marietta Fanny Louisa GREEN married John Samuel FENTON (wire
weaver) at Aston Birmingham 1856.
Their eldest child, Lilian M. FENTON born 1858 Birmingham married George USHER
ca.1880
They emigrated to New York before 1892. They had 4 sons & 1 daughter. One or
more of this family came back to visit relatives in England in the 1940s, I
think. I wish I had more !!!!! The men in this family resemble each other
remarkably about the eyes & longish jawline.
