Notes from Ethel Rushing Jackson
At one time I was using as a working hypothesis that James "Jim" Barnes was the son of Solomon Barnes who was the son of William Barnes. I was told by a guy researching this line that this is definitely not the case tho he never provided me with the information he promised that would verify it. I have since been in contact with another researcher who said there is no proof and that my James could very well be the son of Solomon Barnes. If anybody has any information on this line that would help me one way or the other, I would appreciate your sharing it with me
