Doug Baily's Y-DNA report, Bailys from Brook Co VA and Fulton Co IL in HAPLOGROUP R1B- with the Bailey Men's DNA Testing Project at FamilyTree DNA
Per Joseph F Bailey in 2007, Doug's DNA was a match with eight others, seven of whom are a descendant of a different son of Joel Bayly & Anne Short, Quakers of Chester Co., VA from 1681; the remaining one is a descendant of an earlier ancestor, Thomas Bayly of Bromham Parish, Wiltshire, England. [2009 update: 11 cousins now participating]
Joseph Bailey had the following information on his site at http://www.baileywick.com, but it has since been removed.
