Lon married Matilda "Tillie" Hedrick on 16 Jan 1894.
"Tillie" was originally from Laurel, IN, the daughter of Edward and E. HEDRICK, per her cemetery information. Dying in Hamilton, OH on 9 June 1922 when she was 51, she must have been born about 1871. She might be the 9 year old daughter of Everhart and Margeret Hedrick in Laurel Town, Franklin County, IN in the 1880 census.
Lon and Tillie were living in St. Clair Township of Butler County, OH in the 1910 and 1920 censuses. Tillie died 10 June 1922. They had no children, but the George nieces treasured them.
After 1922, Lon married Emma Lindeman of Hamilton, daughter of Philip Lindeman. At the age of 73, she died 24 October 1943. So she was born about 1870.
So far, who is buried in Section C, Lot 84A&B, space 4, is unknown. More on Greenwood Cemetery
* Roy Duncanb. 1870s? d ?married several times and had at least one daughter, Dorothy E. Duncan Davis, who lived in Milford, OH. Dorothy, born 6 June 1909, died on 15 March, 2002 in Milford. She had reconnected with her father's sister's family when J. W. MacDonald became the principal at her school in the 1920s and his wife, Lois, recognized Dorothy as a long, lost niece of her mother Maybelle Duncan George.
