Frank Jackson George was born on his parents farm near Okeana, Ohio on September 29, 1866, to Enoch Jackson and Margaret Ellen DeArmond George.

Frank was a medical doctor but for a time was part owner of a wheat farm with Charles T. and Nople Jenkins in Alberta Canada. Charles T. Jenkins had married his cousin Nople Jenkins, and they were descended from William Jenkins II, as perhaps was Abigail "Abbie" Jenkins, who became Frank's wife.

Abbie Jenkins George may have been the daughter of Wilson K. Jenkins, the only son of William Jenkins 1801-1867 of Okeana Ohio. According to Reed Morrow, Wilson K's daughter, Abbie, was born in 1870. Abigail Jenkins married Frank Jackson George (date unknown).

Abigail and Frank George had one son, Jackson "Jack" Shumard George on December 15, 1906 in Okeana, OH. His cousin Frances George Ertel always called him "Shumard" but later he was known as "Jack". The name Shumard came from the Doctor who delivered him.

Abigail died while Jack was still growing up, so he was raised by two of his father's sister's, Aunt Ida and Aunt Opha GEORGE. After high school, he attended nearby Miami University, in Oxford, OH. He earned the Doctor of Medicine degree, and set up a practice in Metairie, a suburb of New Orleans, LA.

In Louisiana, Jack George married Josephine Marino.

Jack and Josephine George had one son, Frank Jackson George, II and one daughter Abigail George (Pizzo). Frank II married Brenda Lee Augustine in Metairie, LA on 11-23-1963. His sister Abigail married Mr. Pizzo

She married William JENKINS Jr., son of William and Suzannah JENKINS Sr. on 20 April 1820 in Butler County, OH. He was born 26 March 1801 in VA, and died 5 November 1867 in Morgan Twp. Butler Co., OH.
