2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese (not whipped)
1 - 8 ounce can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 cups chopped pecans (divided)
1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Lawry's seasoned salt
Blend pineapple into softened cream cheese. Mix in green bell pepper, onions, salt, and some of the pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and foil. Mold into a ball and chill well. Remove foil and remold into a ball. Remove plastic wrap and roll in the remaining pecans. Serve with unseasoned crackers.
