1 cup sugar 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla | |
Preheat oven to 325°. In medium bowl, mix all thoroughly. Drop by teaspoon onto nonstick baking sheet. Press crisscross pattern into cookies with fork. Bake about 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool before removing from sheet. | |
