PATTON - COWSART - CARN - McCAMY

Pages 131-132. 1 Oct. 1784. Robert Barnet of Camden District, S. C., conveys to Archibald Cowsart of the same district and state for 36 pounds sterling a tract containing 190 acres on both sides of the Waggon Road which is the State line, between the Waxhaw and Twelve Mile Creeks, bounded on the No. by Da'n Carn's land, on the So. by Archibald Cowsarts land, on the Et. by George McCamy's land, and on the West by the Pattons Land.

PATTON - LYON

Pages 89-90. 7 July 1776. William Patton and Elizabeth his wife of the Province of South Carolina and County of Craven in St. Marks Parish convey to Nathaniel Lyon of the same, for 85 pounds money of the Province, a tract containing 170 acres in the Waxhaw Settlement between the Waxhaw and Twelve Mile Creeks.

PETTY - GRAHAM - MILLER - FORD

Pages 242-245. 2 and 3 Aug. 1787. John Graham of Lancaster County, S. C., planter, conveys to George Miller of said county and state, for five shillings and for L.42.17.1½, a tract of land containing 300 acres lying in Lancaster County on the great Road from Camden to the Waxhaw settlement and on a branch of Flat Rock Creek, bounded on the South and South East by lands granted to Luke Petty, North East by vacant land, North west by Ford's Land, West by an old survey claimed by John Graham, and on the South West by old survey, originally granted to said John Graham 3 Apr. 1786.

PICKENS - BARNET - NEILSON - DAVIS - DRENNON - LARRIMER - GAULT

Pages 118-120. William Gault of Craven County, S. C., Waxhaw Settlement, planter, conveys to Thomas Neilson of the same county and state, for 100 pounds of good and lawful money, 96 acres on both sides of Camp Creek on the east side of the Cataba River in the Waxhaw Settlement, being part of a tract granted to James Larrimer by North Carolina 17 May 1754, containing 418 acres, which since the boundary line was run hath fallen into South Carolina, which 418 acres James Larrimer sold to Andrew Pickens, which sd Piokens sold to William Davis 268 acres of said tract, Wm Davis sold to Joseph Barnet the said tract, the said Joseph Barnet sold to David Drennon 96 acres of the 268 acres, which said Drennon sold to Joseph Gault, and he the said (Joseph) Gault sold the said plantation to William Gault the present seller. 16 Sept. 1779.
