We, the owners of The_Courthouse_Gang on Yahoo, go to the Luzerne County Courthouse, the Annex and the Library to do look-ups. There is a charge of $7.00 PER LOOK-UP, whether we find it or not, to cover gas, parking, copies, postage and any other out-of-pocket expenses incurred. In the event that our out-of-pocket expenses exceed $7.00, you will be responsible for the extra charge, since some wills tend to be quite a few pages long. Unfortunately, because of the rising cost of gas and parking fees, we had to raise the cost of look-ups from $5.00 to $7.00 to cover our out-of-pocket expenses. When or IF the price of gas goes down, we will again adjust the cost accordingly. This is beyond our control, so please bear with us. The following links will take you to information on what is available (left column) and the e-mail address to order a look-up (right column). Please be sure to read what is available BEFORE ordering a look-up. Our main goal is to help those living outside of Luzerne Co. have access to records here. If you live locally, please only request a look-up if there are extenuating circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse any request.
