Obituary Jan 29 2021 Quinn McGowen Kelli Keith Furry, 57, of Bluefield, WV and formerly of New Bern and Wilmington passed gently from her earthly life Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at CarolinaEast Medical Center in New Bern. She was born April 9, 1963 in Wilmington, the daughter of Ida Mae Barnhill Keith and the late Relmer Curtis Keith. In addition to her mother, Kelli is survived by her loving family: her husband of 35 years, Hank Furry; son, Landon Lind Furry (Brittany Allen); daughter, Kali Melinda Furry (Rob Vanderpool); brothers, Curtis Keith and Michael Keith (Lavon); mother-in-law, Margie Smedley; sister-in-law, Cyndi Natusch (Robert); niece, Lindsay Wentz; great niece and nephew, Savannah and TJ; many extended family and friends. Not only was Kelli a beloved wife, but a wonderful mother, daughter, sister, and loyal friend. She brought a great deal of grace, goodness and light into this world. Her presence in our family circle will be greatly missed. On Saturday, January 30, 2021 there will be a private family viewing and funeral service at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home with Pastor Frank Murray officiating. Everyone is welcome to the graveside service at Riley's Creek Memorial Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the Kelli Keith Furry Scholarship, C/O Hank Furry, 192 Saxon Place, Bluefield, WV 24701.
