| 2 MARCH At Tregullow, on Monday the 19th ultimo, Susanna Elizabeth, the infant daughter of William Williams, Esq., aged 12 months. On Saturday, the 24th ult., at the house of his son-in-law, Mr. Joseph Billin, mercer and draper, Helston, Capt. Richard Boyens, formerly of St. Just in Penwith, aged 88 years, for 40 of which he held the situation of toller to the Duke of Leeds. Throughout a long life, he bore a character pre-eminently distinguished for uprightness and integrity. At Helston, on Sunday last, Mr. Henry Rowe, blacksmith, aged 73 years; and on Monday, the infant son of Mr. Steadiford, schoolmaster. At Redruth, on Monday last, after a long illness, Mr. Zacharias Johns, many years schoolmaster in that town. At Penzance, on Friday last, Mr. Thomas Jones, master of the "Plymouth Trader" aged 76 years. On Thursday, the 22nd ult., at Trenithon, in St. Keverne, the infant son of Mr. Wm. Carlyon, aged eight months. On Monday last, at Camborne, Henry, second son of Mr. Wm. Morris, White Hart Inn, Truro. At Newquay, on Thursday the 22nd ult., after a long and painful illness, aged 47 years, Mr. Thomas Teague, mariner; he has left a wife and five small children to deplore their loss. On Tuesday last, at Newquay, Andrew James, youngest son of Mr. Thomas Clemens, ship-wright, aged 12 years. Lately, at Rosewin, in St. Enoder, aged 80 years, Mr. John Bice, who had been a teacher of singing and music, for nearly 60 years. On the 20th ultimo, in London, in his 80th year, John Penwarne, Esq., formerly of Penryn. On the 17th of November, 1837, in Agra, in the prime of life, Lieutenant Cardew, of the Honourable East India Company's Artillery. At Bodmin, on Thursday the 22nd ult., Mr. Bennett Michell, aged 81 years; and on Friday last, Mrs. Pascoe, Red Lion Inn, aged 74 years. Last week at St. Stephens by Launceston, Mr. John Langdon, yeoman, aged 68 years. On Saturday last, at St. Austell, Miss Elizabeth Ellery, aged 25; also, on Sunday, Mr. John Mitchell, tinman, aged 23, and Alfred, youngest son of Mr. Walter Saunders, aged 4 years.
