At Kenwyn, on Monday last, Mr. John Knight, butcher, to Miss Williams, both of Truro.

At Penzance, on the 3rd instant, Mr. Wm. Cock, hatter, to Susannah, third daughter of Thomas Lean (or Leah), Esq., of Newlyn, in Paul.

On Wednesday, the 27th ult., at Ludgvan, Mr. Joseph Thomas, gardener, of Gulval, to Miss Grace Thomas, of the former parish.

At St. Columb Minor, on the 26th ult., Mr. John Clemens, shipwright, to Miss Parkin, both of Newquay. [surname is Cleme.s - and 'n' fit in, but it could be anything.]

On Tuesday, the 26th ultimo, at Plympton Maurice Church, by the Rev. John Arscott, Robert Aylwin, Esq., of London, to Jane, youngest daughter of the Rev. John Arscott, of Plympton Maurice, Devon.

At Endellion, Mr. Henry Millar, to Miss Sarah G[ea?] both of Port Isaac, in that parish.

On Monday last, at Plymouth, H. Snell, Esq., surgeon of Callington, to Miss Brooking, daughter of J. F. Brooking, Esq., Portland-square, Plymouth.

On Monday, at St. George's, Hanover square, the Viscount Palmerston to the Dowager Countess Cowper, widow of the late Earl Cowper, and only sister to Viscount Melbourne.

On the 10th instant, at Barnstaple, Thomas Lam. Pridham, Esq., surgeon, to Caroline, second daughter of the late Thomas Poole, Esq., of Chester.

On the 13th instant, at Plymouth, Mr. Samuel George Lee, engraver, Bedford-street, to Miss Palmer, daughter of the late Captain Palmer, of Plymouth.

At St. Chad's, Shrewsbury, F. Augustus Lambe Hancox, son of Mr. Lambe, worm-doctor, of that town to Mrs. Winifred Foulkes, of Trelydan, near Pool, Montgomeryshire. The lady's age is about 81, the bridegroom's apparently 20. During the ceremony the Rev. Mr. Yardley refused to proceed, the bride being unable to comprehend the words addressed to her, and having none of her relations present to sanction her conduct. The attorney who prepared the lady's marriage settlements upon the bridegroom, was therefore brought to the church, who vouched that the marriage settlements and other preliminaries were properly prepared, and that the lady was competent to execute the legal deed; the marriage then proceeded. At the Superintendent Registrar's Office, Truro, on the 21st inst, Mr. Andrew Daddow, to Miss Mary Tonkin, both of St. Agnes; also, Mr. Nicholas Cook, to Miss Harriet Menadue, both of St. Agnes. And also, Mr. James Champion, to Miss Loveday Whitford, both of Point, in the Parish of Feock.

On Saturday, at Gluvias, Mr. Walter H. Tregellas, of Redruth, to Anna, only daughter of the late Mr. William Knight, of Truro.

At St. Austell, on Monday last, Mr. William Davies, of the Hawkins Arms Inn, Pentewan, to Miss Chapple, of Polruan.

On Tuesday last, at Launceston, by the Rev. S. Gibbons, W. Derry Pearse, Esq., surgeon, to Mary Catharine Morris, eldest daughter of the late Nathaniel Spry, Esq., and niece of T. W. Morris, Esq., surgeon, of North Tamerton.

Yesterday, at Launceston, by the Rev. S. Gibbons, Mr. Dawe, of Stokeclimsland, to Miss Courtts, of the former place, many years a resident of Fowey.

On the 21st instant, by the Rev. J. Wallis, Mr. Ebenezer Bayly, of Exeter, warehouseman, to Matilda, only daughter of Mr. John Harvey, auctioneer, of the former place.
