At Tresillian, on Monday last, Mr. Richard CHRISTIE, aged 45 years.

At Pengelly, near Camelford, on Saturday last, Mr. Samuel SPRAGG, tailor, in full triumph of faith.

On Tuesday, the 2nd instant, at the residence of her brother, in Pydar-street, Truro, after a protracted illness, aged 46 years, Grace, the wife of George BULLMORE, Esq., of Tregair, Newlyn.

At Bodmin, on Sunday last, after a very short illness, Mr. Philip CLEMENCE, aged 51 years, one of the town council of that borough.

At Hayle, on Sunday last, Mr. Simon HOSKING, cabinet-maker, aged 78 years.

At Penryn, on Tuesday, the 26th ult., the wife of Mr. Richard BATE, hatter, aged 59 years.

At Penryn, on Friday last, the Rev. Lovell BLUETT, aged 39 years.

On Monday, the 1st instant, at her house in Helston, in the 37th year of her age, Mary Hannah, eldest daughter of the late Sir Vyell VYVYAN, bart., of Trelowarren, in this county.

A short time since, at Boswinger, St. Goran, Mrs. GUY, aged 87 years.

On the 23rd ultimo, at Pill, near Saltash, in the 75th year of his age, Arthur BURELL, Esq., brother of John Burell, Esq., of Burell, in St. Stephens in Saltash.

At Truro, on Thursday, the 4th instant, aged 80 years, Elizabeth, relict of James MOOR, Esq., late of Falmouth. She was the eldest sister of Mrs. LUXMOORE, whose demise it was our painful duty to record, only a few weeks before. We know not whether these highly esteemed and benevolent ladies, will be most regretted in the private circle of their relations and friends, or in that wider circle of the poor to which their charity extended.

On Tuesday last, at Truro, Mrs. LEY, wife of Captian LEY, of the schooner "Grasshopper," aged 44 years.

At Tresillian-bridge, yesterday, the infant daughter of Mr. John BLIGHT.

At Penzance, on the 4th instant, Sarah, the relict of the late John James PEARCE, Esq., of that place.

At Penzance, suddenly, on Monday last, Mr. Charles HEWITT, formerly a large bookseller, in that town.

On Wednesday last, at St. Erth Church-town, Miss Elizabth A. TEAGUE, late of Redruth, after a protracted illness borne with the greatest resignation and Christian fortitude, aged 21 years, much lamented by all who knew her. She was the eldest of four sisters who have fallen victims to the same disease within the last three years.

Lately, at Clapper Cottage, near Wadebridge, Mrs. POLLARD, aged 75 years, relict of the late John Pollard, Esq.

At Oliver's Cottage near Wadebridge, Mr. George OLIVER, gardener, after a short illness, aged 53 years.

Last week, at Fowey, Mr. John THOMAS, of the Lugger Inn, aged 53 years.

On the 11th of January, in the New Forest, Hants, Mr. Nicholas HENWOOD, formerly an extensive wool-merchant, at Penryn, and afterwards of the Western Hotel, Penzance, aged 65 years.

On Thursday last, in Coburg-street, Plymouth, after a lingering illness, Francis JENKYNS, Esq., aged 63 years, late warehouse-keeper for bonded goods of H. M. Customs at that port, and formerly of St. Ives, in this county.

On Wednesday evening, at No.1, Spring-garden-terrace, London, Sir George HARRISON, K. C. H., Auditor of the Duchy of Cornwall.

On the 29th ult., at his residence, Brixton-hill, near London, after a short illness, aged 69 years, the Rev. John STEPHENS, Wesleyan Minister. He itinerated for the space of forty-one years, and was President of the Conference in 1829.

On the 25th of January, at Malta, aged 29 years, Mr. John COCKRAM, jun., eldest son of Mr. COCKRAM, of the New London Inn, Exeter.

On the 2nd instant, at Woolrich Common, aged 67, [.] Gilbert GREGORY, L.L.D, F.R.A.S., late Professor of Mathematics in the Royal Military Academy. Dr. GREGORY was the author and editor of a great number of works and papers on the arts and sciences. He was also one of the twelve gentlemen who had the honour of establishing the Astronomical Society of London.

On Monday last, at Falmouth, Dr. Fox, aged 77 years.

Lately, while visiting a friend in Devonshire, Lieut. William DOWNEY, R. N. of Falmouth, formerly conmmander of one of H. M. packets.

At Probus, on the 14th instant, aged 54 years, Mr. Jas. HOTTEN, after a long and painful illness, which he bore with Christian patience; He died in the full measure of a blessed immortality.

At Probus, on Tuesday last, at the advanced age of 95 years, Mr. Peter COLLINS.

At Veryan, on the 6th instant, Ann Maria, daughter of Mr. Henry Hugh MASON, aged 3 years and 8 months.

At Tregellas, in the parish of Ludgvan, on Thursday, the 11th instant, Mrs. Richard GILLIS, aged 57 years, much regretted.

On the 11th instant, at Penzance, Charlotte Johanna, youngest daughter of the Rev. Charles MOORE, aged eight months.

26 FEBRUARY 1841, Friday

Suddenly, at Truro, on Tuesday last, much and deservedly respected, Mr. BOND, aged 70 years, for 43 of which he was clerk of the parish of Ruan Lanihorne.

At Truro, on Tuesday last, after a lingering illness, Elizabeth, third daughter of Mr. CAVELL, formerly of the Bear Inn, Truro, aged 29 years.

On Monday last, at Truro, Mr. Wm. HIGGS, porter merchant, aged 69 years.

At Penryn, on Thursday, the 18th instant, Mrs. WILLIAMS, relict of the late Dr. Williams, of Penryn, and sister of the late William PAUL, Esq., aged 85 years.

In Athenmum-street, Plymouth, on Monday last, Ellen, the wife of the Rev. Henry GRYLLS, Vicar of St. Neot, aged 43 years.

At Tresithney, in St. Columb, on Sunday last, after a protracted illness, Mr. Richard GLANVILL, aged 68 years.

On Sunday last, at Trerice, in St. Dennis, Mr. KESSELL.

On Monday last, at Liskeard, Mr. BURT, late of Camelford, and father of Mr. Thos. BURT, saddler, of Liskeard.

At Bude, on the 18th instant, Jane, daughter of Mr. HOCKIN, merchant, aged six months; also, on the same day, Elias, son of Mr. ROBINSON, of Penryn.

At St. Agnes, on Wednesday last, Edwin, the infant son of Mr. STEPHENS, printer, aged 22 months.

At St. Agnes, on Monday last, the relict of the late Capt. James GOYNE, aged 68 years.

On the 3rd of November last, at the Cobre Consolidated Mines, Cuba, Mr. James GOYNE, aged 28 years. He died of the fever so prevalent in that country and fatal to all Englishmen, and has left a wife and three small children.

At Crane, in the parish of Camborne, on Monday last, the wife of Capt. Philip RICHARDS.

At Camborne, on the 15th instant, after a short illness, which she bore with Christian resignation, aged 83 years, Thomasine, relict of Capt. John TREGONING, formerly of [.] Illogan.

On Saturday last, at Gear, in the parish of St. Erth, Mr. Richard THOMAS, aged 83 years.

At Hayle, on Tuesday last, Mrs. COOPER, relict of the late Capt. Samuel COOPER, aged 85 years.

At St. Just in Penwith, yesterday se'nnight, Mr. John [..]ILLPS, aged 71 years.

At Bideford, Wm. Collins HATHERLEY, Esq., brother of Colonel Hatherley, of Kenwith Castle, near Bideford - a gentleman in his profession highly honourable and esteemed, who has left behind him a family and large circle of friends who will long deplore his loss.

At Cockfield, Suffolk, on the 4th inst., the Rev. {R.]nald BLIGH, formerly Senior Fellow of St. John's College, Cambridge, and Vicar of West Buckland, Devon.
