On Sunday last, at Truro, Elizabeth, relict of the late Mr. William BARRETT, aged 82 years.

At Truro, on Tuesday last, William Henry, son of Mr. NICHOLLS, confectioner, aged 16 years.

At Penryn, on Tuesday, the 31 st ultimo, Joseph, eldest son of Mr. Joseph BROKENSHIR, aged 38 years.

At Penzance, on Friday last, Mr. Thomas HOCKING, aged 28 years.

At Trevine, in St. Miniver, Mrs. TICKELL, relict of the late John TICKELL, Esq., at an advanced age.

At Wadebridge, Mr. Wm. SEARLE.

At Crugmeer, near Padstow, on Thursday, the 26 th ult., Mr. Thomas RAWE, aged 83 years. [poss. Cragmeer]

On the 27 th ult, at Padstow, after a short illness, Mr. Humphry BUCHANAN, druggist, a native of Glasgow, aged 63 years.

At Padstow, after a lingering illness, Mr. Christian KUNZE, aged 18 years.

On the 27 th ultimo, at Tremblaze, near Liskeard, Mr. Francis CROKER, aged 58 years.

On the 19 th ultimo, in the 70 th year of her age, Sarah, the beloved wife of Mr. J. P. COOK, schoolmaster, of Torpoint.

On the 19 th ult., after an illness of less than an hour, on board H. M. ship “Rodney,” of which he was chaplain, regretted by every individual in the ship, to whom he had endeared himself by his many amiable qualities, the Rev. R. J. OLIVER, late curate of Perranzabuloe, in this county, aged 26 years. His remains were buried at sunset of the same day in the garden of an ancient mosque, in the village of Sarfend, near Sidon.

At Smyrna, on the 30 th of July last, Capt. Thomas HERNAMAN, of the schooner “Challenger,” of London, aged 33 years.

On the 24 th ult. at Tavistock, while on a visit at the house of the Rev. W. BEAL, the Rev. J. BUNTING, aged 46 years.

On the 26 th ult, at Grenofen House, near Tavistock, the Rev. J. P. CARPENTER.

At Hurryhur, in the East Indies, on July the 15 th, of cholera, Mary, beloved wife of Capt. Charles Heathcote WILSON, of the 32d regiment, M.N.I., and third daughter of the late John JAMES, Esq., of Truro.

At Higher Trenance, St. Austell, on Friday last, Mr. R. GLASSON, aged 27 years.

At Newquay, on the 1 st instant, Jemima, infant daughter of Mr. James HICKS, blacksmith, aged 12 months.

On Sunday se’nnight, Mrs. Eliza HOCKIN, of Trewellard, St. Just in Penwith, leaving a husband and four small children to lament their loss.

On Saturday last, at St. Ives, Mr. BROAD, aged 62 years.

At St. Ives, Mrs. Susan BROAD, aged 63 years; also, Mr. J. CARDEW, excise-officer, aged 54 years.

On the 9 th of August, at Alexandria, Captain David RATTRAY, of the brig “Zephyr,” of Penzance, aged 38 years.

At Penzance, on Sunday last, Mrs. Robert Richards, aged 73 years.

On Saturday last, at Holywell, Flintshire, George GRENFELL, Esq., formerly of Penzance, aged 63 years.

At Swansea, Mr. Morgan WILLIAM, aged 104 years and seven months. He was a native of Llanon, Carmarthenshire, but had resided at Swansea (where the copper smoke is said to be destructive of animal life) for the last 77 years! In his 99 th year, he walked to Llanelly (12 miles) in three hours.

At Truro, on Saturday last, Anne Maria, only daughter of Mr. John VINTON, gardener, aged 18 years.

On the 4 th instant, at Falmouth, suddenly, Mrs. HARVEY, aged 72 years; and on the 12 th instant, at Falmouth, Mr. N. BAWDEN, aged 35 years.

At Helston, on the 9 th instant, Richard, only son of Mr. Richard CHIPMAN, carpenter, aged 9 years.

On Sunday last, at Camborne, Jane, widow of the late Mr. Jonathan TYACK, joiner &c., aged 62 years. Also, on Monday, the infant son of A. PRIDEAUX, Esq., surgeon, formerly of Camborne, but now of Plympton, Devon.

At Rosevanion, St. Columb Major, on the 13 th instant, Mrs. HICKS, aged 79 years.

At Padstow, on the 6 th instant, aged 83 years, Mrs.M. BISHOP, widow of the late Capt. BISHOP, R.N.

On the 7 th instant, at Treator, near Padstow, John, son of John PEARSE, Esq., aged 18 years.

At Charlestown, on Monday last, Mrs. HOUGHTON, wife of Mr. Wm.HOUGHTON, harbour master of that port, aged 51 years.

At St. Austell, on Saturday, the 11 th instant, after a lingering illness, Miss Elfredia BROWNE, aged 23 years, eldest daughter of Mr. Browne, conveyancer &c. She was a young woman of amiable disposition, and bore her affliction with patience and resignation. Her loss will be greatly felt by her family, and more especially by the poor of the immediate neighbourhood.

At Higher Trenance, St. Austell, Mrs.GLASSON, aged 25 years, whose husband’s death was announced last week. She has left two orphan children to lament their loss.

At Hurryhur, on the 31 st of May, George POLWHELE, son of Lieutenant and Brevet Captain WILSON, 32 nd regiment, native infantry, aged one year and nine months.

At Torpoint, on the 4 th instant, Mr. Wm. MAYNE, aged 70 years. The deceased was coachman of the Plymouth mail for more than twenty years, during which time he was generally respected.

At Jamaica, of yellow fever, on the 20 th of June last, Charles DANIELL, assistant-surgeon of H.M.S. “Apollo” and youngest son of Francis DANIELL, Esq., surgeon, Liskeard, deeply lamented by his afflicted family and numerous circle of acquaintances.

At St. Agnes, on Friday last, Amelia, infant daughter of Mr. Philip LANGWORTHY, carpenter.

On the 18 th inst., at Falmouth, Maria Louisa, youngest daughter of mr. J. AUGUSTUS, mathematical instrument maker, aged 3 years.

On the 10 th instant, at Falmouth, Mr. Samuel TRESIDDER, aged 78 years, deeply regretted by a large circle of friends.

On Thursday, the 16 th instant, at Trelights, Endellion, Sarah, daughter of Mr. Warwick GEORGE, aged 8 years.

At Marazion, on the 18 th instant, Mr. Wm. KNEEBONE, aged 15 years.

At Hayle, on Friday last, Miss Rebecca HICKS, aged 25 years.

At Penzance, on Friday last, Miss ROBERTS, aged 62 years.

On Monday last, at Penzance, Mrs. John COULSON.

On Monday, the 20 th instant, at Scilly, Ann DOUGLAS, aged 75 years.

On the 8 th instant, at Oxford, Mr. Thomas WOON, printer, of Witney, and formerly of Truro, aged 36 years, leaving a widow and two infant children to lament their loss.

In Clarence-street, Plymouth, aged 65 years, Mr. Thomas GILL, formerly of Briton Side.

At Dartmouth, on the 13 th inst., Arthur STAPLETON, Esq., Manager of the Devon and Cornwall Bank at that place, aged 38 years. The deceased was deservedly beloved and respected by all who knew him.

At his residence, Budge, Sand-street, Bideford, Colonel ENGLISH, many years of the Royal Marines, at Plymouth, aged 60. Col. English was highly respected and esteemed by a large and most respectable circle of relatives and friends in Bideford.

At Stoke, Staffordshire, on Monday last, Samuel, son of the late Mr. John THOMAS, of St. Stephens, and brother of Mr. T. THOMAS, of the Cornish Mount Inn, Probus, aged 33 years.

On Sunday, the 12 th instant, at Tottenham, Mrs. MIDDLECOAT, relict of the late William Middlecoat, Esq., of the Audit Office, Somerset-house.
