Suddenly, at the Commercial Inn, Hayle Copperhouse, whilst on his journey, Mr. John T. MAGOR, collector for this paper, in the 35th year of his age. Mr. Magor arrived at Hayle on Tuewsday evening, about seven o'clock, and complained of slight indisposition; but after taking tea he appeared in good health, and retired to bed at an early hour. Not making his appearance at his usual time on Wednesday morning, the servant, shortly after nine o'clock, knocked on his door, and receiving no answer, opened it, when, on drawing aside the curtain of his bed, she found him quite dead. He was lying as if asleep, and the bed clothes were not at all disturbed. Mr. LEY, surgeon, was immediately sent for, who gave it as his opinion that Mr. Magor had been dead for some hours, and that the cause of his death was most probably some affection of the heart. The deceased had been for nearly twelve years in the employ of the proprietors of the West Briton, as collector, by whom, as well as by all other persons to whom he was known, he was highly respected for the kindness of his disposition, and the strict integrity of his character. The Coroner's jury returned a verdict of Natural Death.

At Gerrans, at the 19th ult., Mr. Samuel PEARCE, aged 82 years.
On Tuesday last, at Rose Cottage, near Camborne, aged 31 years, of consumption, Capt. Joseph VIVIAN, eldest son of Jos. Vivian, Esq., of Roseworthy, deeply lamented by a large circle of relations and friends.
At St. Ives, on Sunday last, Mr. Thomas THOMAS, aged 79 years.

On the 3rd instant at St. Ives, Nancy, daughter of Mr. Wm. NOALL, aged 5 years; and on the 4th, Samuel, her brother, aged 7 years.
On the 1st of June last, at the siege of Canton, Francis PADDY, of Newlyn west, a seaman on board H. M. frigate "Bellona," aged 26 years. The deceased, who was greatly respected by all the officers and men of his ship, and is deeply lamented by his bereaved parents and friends, as well as by all who knew him, was struck by a nine pound shot on the right knee, and only survived the injury three quarters of an hour.
Yesterday, at Ladock, Mary BENNETT, only daughter of Mr. W. CROCKER, aged 16 years.
At Polperro, on the 28th ult., Mr. William WHITE, aged 82 years.

On the 3rd inst., at Kellapark, in the parish of Menheniot, aged 81, Mrs. Jane BENNETT, relict of Mr. Nicholas Bennett, and mother of the Mr. Wm. Bennett, Russell-street, Plymouth, bookseller.

On the 3rd instant, Eliza, wife of Mr. COOMBE,[or Coombs} Torpoint, after a life of extreme suffering, leaving a large family and an extensive circle of friends to lament their loss.
Suddenly, on Sunday last, at her residence, No. 79, Aldersgate-street, London, Mary, the beloved wife of Mr. Christopher STEPHENS. The deceased, who was a native of St. Agnes, in this county, was seized with apoplexy on Saturday evening, at nine o'clock, and expired at half past three o'clock the next morning.
On the 1st instant, at Dorchester House, London, in the 56th year of his age, the Marquis of Hertford, Warden of the Stannaries, Steward and Vice-Admiral for the county of Cornwall, Chief Commissioner for managing the affairs of the Duchy, Lieut. Col Commandant of the Militia Corps of Cornwall and Devonshire Miners, and Recorder of Bodmin.
At Bradninch, Devon, on Wednesday, the 2nd instant, in the 62nd year of his age, Mr. Jas. POLYBLANK, retired officer of excise, the brother of Mr. W. Polyblank, printer of Truro.
On the 24th ultimo, at Ashburton, in the 83rd year of his age, Henry GERVIS, Esq., one of her Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the county of Devon. this truly excellent man was an object of exalted, confiding, and general esteem, during a residence of 60 years. (for 50 of which he sustained a highly honourable reputation as a medical practioner) in the town, where, amid the regretful tears of kindred, friends, and neighbours, he closed an eminently bright and successful career, with dignified composure and patriarchal piety, blessing his children and his children's children In his hallowed grave, rest the venerable remains of a most affectionate parent, active philanthropist, genuine patriot, and consistent christian; and by his lamed decease both church and State have lost a faithful, zealous, and ornamental supporter. The Reform cause was long honoured by the enlightened advocacy of this fine old English Gentleman, who wisely deemed the advancement of popular freedom, strictly cmpatible with a conscientious regard to the higher claims of christianity. The shops in the town were partially closed on the day of the funeral, which was numerously and most respectably attended; and seldom has the interment of any private individual been accompanied by such distinguished marks of general and high respect.
"The memory of the just is blessed."
At Easington, in the county of Devon, on the 5th inst., the Rev. John BRADDON, Clerk, in the 88th year of his age, beloved and respected by his family and friends, and leaving a widow, to whom he had been united 54 years, to lament her irreparable loss. The deceased had been Rector of the parish of Werrington, and perpetural Curate of the united parishes of Boradwoodwiger and Week St. Germans, for more than 55 years.
At Salisbury, aged 80, Mary, relict of the Rev. Wm. NORRIS, of Rector Hindon and Portwood, Wilts., and only daughter of the late John GRIFFIN, Esq, of Brulen, Somerset, a lineal descendant from Cadwallader, the last King of the Britons, and last of her race.
At Woodhill Villa, Bathampton, on the 17th of February, aged 50, Sally, relict of the late George COLE, Esq., Heatham House, Twickenham, Middlesex, formerly a Captain in the Duke of Cornwall's Rangers, and daughter of the late Capt. CROZIER, R.M., of Stramore, County Armagh.
On the 28th ult., at Colesworthy, Ilsington, after a lingering illness, Elizabeth SMITH, the beloved wife of George ROWELL, eldest daughter of the Rev. George SULLOCK, vicar of Zennor, in this county, aged 54 years.

Yesterday morning, at two o'clock, at her residence in High-street, Truro, aged 53 years, Mary, the beloved wife of Edmund TURNER Esq. M.P for this borough. This bereavement is severely felt by the amiable family of which the deceased was a distinguished [principal?], and her loss will be deplored by the numerous poor who partook of her bounty.
In Frances-street, Truro, on Monday last, Mr. William ANTHONY, wheelwright, aged 50 years.
On Tuesday last, in Ferris-town, Truro, the wife of Mr. Thomas RANDALL, plasterer, aged 41 years.
On the 1st instant, at St. Mawes, aged 86 years, Mr. M. SHARROCK, superannuated Officer of H. M. Customs.
On Sunday last, at Newquay, aged 33 years, Mr. H. MOYSES, formerly master of the "St. Stephens," and late of the "Maryshelena," of that place, leaving a wife and three small children to lament their loss.
On the 6th instant, at Burkas, in the parish of Wendron, in the 41st year of his age, Mr. Thomas BATH, who had, for many years, been a consistent and useful member of the Wesleyan Society.

At St. Blazey, on the 8th instant, Mr. John PEARCE, aged 90 years, leaving 105 grand children and 35 great grand children.
At St. Austell, on Saturday last, the infant daughter of Mr. W. JACOB, shoe-maker.
On Sunday last, at St. Austell, Mr. W. ROSEPEAK[?], baker, aged 70 years, a respectable tradesman of that place.
On Wednesday last, at Grey Lake, near Camelford, Miss Grace HAWKEN, aged 63 years. The deceased is the third female, advanced in years, that has died in the same family within a few months of typhus fever.
On the 10th inst., at Plymouth, Mr. John TRELEAVEN, aged 60. He had been a clerk in the office of Messrs. Eastlake, solicitors, Plymouth, for half a century, and has left a character for attention, integrity, and fidelity, which has never been surpassed.

At St. Mary's, Scilly, on Friday, the 18th instant, Mrs. Sarah EDWARDS, aged 88 years; and on Monday last, Mrs. Elizabeth WETHERALL, aged 78 years
On Monday morning last, at Stoke, aged 80 years, Wm. FOOT, Esq., solicitor. His kindness of heart, urbanity and high character gained him universal regard in his neighbourhood; and every one felt sensible of, and duly appreciated, his unsullied integrity and private worth.
On the 16th instant, Charles Edward, only son of Mr. Joseph SHEPPARD, of St. David's Hill, Exeter.
On the 30th of November, at Sultunpoor, India, Lieut. H. SPRY, aged 20 years, son of the late Nathaniel SPRY, of Launceston, Esq., and cousin to Dr. SPRY, of Calcutta, and Major SLEEMAN, of Allahabad. While gallantly heading his men to the charge, he received a fatal shot through the neck. He had entered the army but a few months previously, during which period he had been twice promoted for his bravery.
