On Sunday last, at Truro, Mr. William TREGENZA' boot and shoe-maker, aged 37 years.

At Truro, on Sunday last, John LAWRENCE, the youngest son of Mr. Wm. SALTER, aged 5 years.

On Monday last, at her father's residence, Carclew-terrace, Truro, Elizabeth, the beloved wife of Mr. W. G. MATTHEWS, and only daughter of Mr. BURNETT, brass and iron founder, aged 21 years.

At Kea, on Saturday last, Mr. Humphrey KEAM, aged 82 years.

At Devoran, on Friday last, Isaac, son of Mr. Tregnowan, aged 4 years.

On Friday se'nnight, at St. Winnolls, in the parish of Sheviock, Mr. Thomas SPILLER.

At Penryn, on Saturday last, Mr. Arthur POAT, grocer, aged 25 years.

At Veryan, on the 3rd inst., Honora Ruaden, daughter of Mrs. WEBB, innkeeper, aged 3 years.

On Thursday last, at Charlestown, Mr. Thomas WARREN, aged 31 years.

At St. Austell, on Saturday last, David, son of the late Lieut. D. PRICE, R.N., aged 25 years.

At St. Austell, on the 29th ultimo, Frances, the beloved wife of Mr. Henry LEWARN, aged 60 years. The gentleness and equanimity of her disposition, and the many unobtrusive virtues which adorned her character, rendered her not only an object of devoted affection in her own family, but of sincere esteem and respect with all who knew her. Through a protracted period of declining health, the patient meekness of her character never forsook her, and not one murmur or complaint escaped her lips; for her closing journey to "that bourne whence no traveller returns" was cheered by the sweet influences of religion, which sustains the souls as on a rock amid the sometimes turbulent, and ever fluctuating waves of life, and upholds it through the "valley and shadow of death" without fear.

At Fowey, on the 3rd instant, Mr. John WELLMAN, aged 78 years. The deceased who was a much respected inhabitant of that town, and filled the office of clerk to the Collector of the Customs some years since.

At Hayle, on Friday last, Mr. William BURT, ship-wright, aged 57 years.

On Sunday last, at Hayle, Mr. John BROAWN, of Falmouth, aged 68 years.

At St. Ives, Elizabeth, daughter of Mr. William TREVORROW, aged 16 years. Also, Richard, son of Mr. R. HEEDY, aged 12 years.

At Penzance, on Friday last, Mrs. BEARE, aged 68 years; and on the 4th instant, Mr. Thomas HARVEY, aged 70 years.

Last week, at St. Columb, Mr. Thomas SOLOMON, aged 83 years; also, the wife of Mr. GEORGE, hair-dresser, aged 80 years.

At St. Columb, on Tuesday last, Henry ROWSE, son of Mr. Nankivell, draper, aged 4 years.

At Penmain, in the parish of St. Minver, on Saturday last, Mr. John PROFET, aged 92 years.

At Boscastle, last week, Mr. REED, tailor.

At White Rock Terrace, Wadebridge, on the 2nd inst., Mrs. ROSCORLA, aged 76 years.

On the 26th ult., after a short and painful illness, Thomas BURT, youngest son of Mr. W. BYERS, bookseller, Devonport, aged 2 years and 9 months.

On the 26th ult., in London, in the 14th[?] year of her age, Sarah Clara, only child of Joseph WARNER, Esq., of London, and granddaughter of the late Thomas EDWARDS, Esq., of Barne Place, in this county.

At Haslar, on the 23rd ult., after an afflicting illness, to the inexpressible grief of his family and friends, Lieut John HALL, R. N., lately employed in the Peninsular Packet Service.

In July last, at St. Katharine's, West Canada, Mr. Henry BATE, formerly spirit-merchant, of Truro, leaving a widow and large family of children to mourn his loss.

At Truro, yesterday, Thomas, son of Mr. ALLEN, stage waggon proprietor, aged 5 years.

At Truro, on the 13th instant, Mr. Charles PASCOE, aged 63 years.

At Mellingye, in Perranarworthal, on Wednesday, the 5th instant, Elizabeth, youngest daughter of Richard THOMAS, Esq., aged 20 years.

On the 7th instant, at Falmouth, much lamented, the wife of Mr. J. RICHARDS, of the Western District Bank.

At Wendron, on Sunday last, the beloved wife of Mr. PASCOE, blacksmith, aged 61 years.

Last week, at Ludgvan, Mrs. Elizabeth HAWKE, aged 66 years.

At Probus, on the 6th instant, Mrs. Elizabeth THOMAS, aged 69 years.

On Saturday last, at Trendeal, in the parish of Ladock, William, second son of Mr. BARRETT, aged 4 years.

At St. Columb, on Wednesday last, James Rowse NANKIVELL, only son of Mr. James Nankivell, aged 21 months.

On the 8th instant, at her brother's house, in the parish of Cuby, Miss C. AVER, aged 54 years.

At Mount Charles, St. Austell, on Friday last, much respected, after a short but severe illness, in the 54th year of his age, Mr. Stephen TRESTRAIL. He had been a member of the Wesleyan Methodist society nearly 20 years, 15 of which he had filled a place on the prayer leader's plan.

At Tavistock, on the 27th ult., Mr. John HAMLEY, grocer and sub-distributor of stamps for that district, aged 27 years.

On the 2nd instant, at Castle House, Wiveliscombe, Somerset, Major-General Charles Augustus WALKER, of Whetleigh House, near Taunton, aged 59 years.

At Charlestown, on the 6th instant, Mrs. John POPE, aged 21 years; and, on the 10th instant, the widow of the late Mr. W. PAYNTER, aged 69 years.

At Bodmin, on Saturday last, Catherine, daughter of Mr. Robert GATTY, aged 21 months.

At Trewalder, near Camelford, on Monday last, Mr. Benjamin ROUNSEVAL, aged 86 years.

On Wednesday last, at Launceston, Mr. PENWARDEN, an old and much respected inhabitant of that town.

At Plymouth, on Friday last, Mr. John STICKLAND, aged 77 years;- a native of Gwinear, in this county.

On the 5th instant, at Mold, Flintshire, after a short illness, Mr. Richard POWNING, engineer, aged 53 years, formerly of Cornwall, whose sterling worth endeared him to his family and connections, and causes his loss to be greatly felt and lamented; while his ability and conduct in the various undertakings he has been engaged in, for the last 20 years, have gained him the approbation of his employers and the esteem of a large circle of friends. On the 29th of July, at Kotagherry, Neilgherry Hills, Charlotte, the beloved wife of William E. PASCOE, Esq., M.N.I.

At Maulmain, in the East Indies, on the 13th of June last, Capt. T. C. KINSMAN, Master Attendant at that port, and formerly of Falmouth. Throughout the long period of 16 years that Capt. Kinsman has served on this coast, he has invariably enjoyed the good will and respect of all classes of the inhabitants, while the value of his public services was acknowledged by the grant from government of a personal allowance in addition to the emoluments of his office. As commander successively of the H.C. schooners, "Fortune" and "George Swinton," he will long be remembered with kindness by many, especially by those who sailed with him, and by those residing at the out stations, to whose wants and wishes he ever paid the readiest attention. As Master Attendant in this place, a situation he had not held much beyond twelve months, he was active and zealous in the performance of his duties, and gave entire satisfaction to the numerous shipping in the river, especially during the last six months, when the constant landing and embarkation of troops and military stores were conducted in a manner that excited the praise of all concerned. He was a good and upright man, and his loss will be regretted by a large circle of friends. - Maulmain Chronicle.

On Saturday last, at Truro, Mrs. GURNETT, wife of Capt. Gurnett, of the schooner "Churchill," aged 37 years.

On Tuesday last, at Truro, after a lingering illness, Mrs. KITTO, wife of Mr. Richard KITTO, tailor, aged 31 years.

On the 13th instant, at Truro, Jane, wife of Mr. Charles PASCOE, who died on the morning of the same day.

At Helston, last week, Mr. Alfred LANYON, aged 21 years; also the infant child of Mr. Wm. CADDY, draper.

On Tuesday last, at Camborne, the wife of Mr. John PEARCE, joiner, &c.

At Relubbus, on the 12th instant, Mrs. ELLIS, aged 23 years, beloved and respected by all who knew her.

At St. Ives, the infant son of Mr. Walter HAMBLEY, aged 18 months.

At South-terrace, Penzance, of a lingering consumption, Mr. Wm. HUNT, of Bristol, engraver, aged 27 years.

At Mount Charles, St. Austell, on the 13th instant, Mary, infant daughter of Capt. Joel HITCHINS, aged 2 years.

On Friday last, at Trenarren, near St. Austell, Mrs. Charity ROWETT, aged 85 years.

On Sunday last, at St. Austell, in the 46th year of his age, Mr. John MERRIFIELD, stone mason, for many years a very respectable tradesman of that place.

At Charlestown, on the 13th instant, Mrs. STEVENS, wife, of Mr. B. STEVENS, blacksmith, aged 50 years.

On the 13th instant, at Pencarrow, after a lingering illness, Mrs. CORBET, wife of Mr. Corbet, head gardener of Sir Wm. MOLESWORTH, Bart., aged 41 years.

At Liskeard, on Thursday se'nnight, Mr. VENNING, maltster, aged 57 years.

At Bideford, Mr. John PIM, the much respected governor of the Bideford union, aged 67 years; and Mr. John WAY, aged 80 years, the oldest boot and shoe-maker in the town, much respected.

On Thursday se'nnight, at Crowcombe Court, Somersetshire, George Henry CAREW, Esq. He was descended from the ancient family of Broughton, and by marriage with Miss CAREW, the lineal descendant of Sir Coventry Carew, of Antony House, in this county, he became possessed of the Somersetshire property, and Carew Castle, Pembrokeshire.

On the 14th of June last, at Fort Beaufort, Capt of Good Hope, Major Edward MOLESWORTH.

At Adelaide, South Australia, April the 10th, 1842, Ann, widow of the late William HINIGAN, B.A., of London, aged 44 years.

On the 16th of August last, at Bombay, Capt. Charles Luxmore BENNETT, of her Majesty's 86th Regiment, aged 31 years.

On Thursday last, at Tresithick, in the parish of Feock, after a few days' illness, Miss Juliana HUGO, aged 82 years.

On Monday last, at Feock, Mrs. TRETHOWAN, widow of the late Mr. Nicholas TRETHOWAN, aged 59 years deeply lamented by a large circle of friends.

On Sunday last, at Ladock, Mrs. SAWLE, aged 81 years; and on Tuesday, Mrs. James BENALLACK, aged 21 years.

On Friday last, at Crosscoombe, St. Agnes, Mr. Thomas ENNOR, yeoman, aged 41, for many years a respectable local preacher among the Bible Christians; and on Saturday, William Lark, son of Mr. W. APPS, carpenter, aged 10 years.

On the 17th instant, at Treworgey, in the parish of Ruanlanyhorne, Mr. John TREGUNNA, aged 73 years.

Last week, at St. Erth Churchtown, Mrs. Martha WHITE, wife of Capt. Henry WHITE, aged 62 years.

On Monday last, at St. Erth, the infant daughter of Mr. Edward WHINNAN, aged 4 years.

At St. Ives, on the 21st inst., Mr. John HARRY, aged 96 years; on the 22nd, the infant daughter of Mr. Samuel GRENFELL, aged 4 years; and on the 23rd, Mr. Edward TREVARTHEN, tide waiter in H.M. customs, aged 62 years, having been a good officer, and very much respected by all who knew him.

At Ludgvan, on Sunday last, Mrs. Mary LANYON, aged 62 years.

At Gulval, on Tuesday last, Mr. Christopher MATTHEWS, aged 21 years.

At Fowey, on the 25th instant, Mrs. Elizabeth HOBBS, aged 80 years.

At Menheniot, on Friday last, after a protracted illness, Mr. Geo. Matthew POOLEY, aged 50 years, much respected and beloved by all who knew him.
